The Early Signing Period for the 2026 class opened bright and early Wednesday morning, and this will be one stop to keep track of every commit officially added as signatures roll in until Friday.
Heading into Wednesday morning, the Sooners had 24 commits from the 2026 class and nearly all of them are expected to sign during the early window so they can be on campus by spring football. That gave the Sooners the No. 15 2026 class in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite, before signatures were in.
Every recruit to sign with Sooners' 2026 class

Curry, at 6-foot-1 and 208 pounds, is listed a linebacker ans safety by recruiting service, but is expected to play linebacker for the Sooners. He could also slide in at cheetah with his versatility. According to the 247Sports Composite, Curry is the No. 29 linebacker in the class as a four-star recruit.
Dane Bathurst committed to the Sooners less than a week before signing after flipping from Duke. Bathurst is another player listed at two different positions between edge rusher and linebacker, but regardless, his job is to get to the quarterback. His recruiting rankings aren't staggering, but Harris chose OU over the likes of Alabama, South Carolina and Michigan.

According to the 247Sports Composite, Moore is the 102 linebacker in the class. OU general manager Jim Nagy believes he got a steal with the under-recruited Moore.

The Sooners just flipped Markel Ford from in-state SMU only a week before signing. According to the 247Sports Composite, Ford is the No. 72 safety in the class.
At a towering 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, Deacon Schmitt is the No. 19 interior offensive lineman in the 2026 class and No. 2 overall prospect in the state of Colorado. That also makes him the highest-ranked addition to the Sooners' offensive front.
Offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle and the Sooners were after Bowe Bentley early before he even emerged as one of the top quarterbacks in the class and ultimately chose OU over LSU. According to the 247Sports Composite, Bentley is the No. 6 QB in the 2026 class and No. 68 overall prospect in the country.
