Although the odds are slimmer than usual, the list of Oklahoma football alumni who have won a Super Bowl championship could grow even more on Sunday night.

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson is the only former Sooner playing in Super Bowl LX between the Patriots and Seattle Seahawks at 5:30 p.m. CT Sunday on NBC.

Last year, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts won his first Lombardi Trophy while also earning Super Bowl MVP. Hurts' addition made it 34 OU football alumni that have won a Super Bowl. Of the group, Kansas City Chiefs long snapper James Winchester and former tight end Blake Bell are tied for the most with three Lombardi Trophies, both winning the same Super Bowls.

Lane Johnson, Creed Humphrey, Darrius Johnson, Tony Casillas, Chuck Thomas, Kenny King, Reggie Kinlaw and Ralph Neely all have two championships.

It's a lengthy list that starts with defensive lineman Carl McAdams, who won Super Bowl III with the New York Jets, before ending with Hurts and Johnson in Super Bowl LIX. The list does not include players who started their college careers at OU, but transferred and finished elsewhere. It includes only OU alumni who finished their careers as Sooners.
