Battles with other SEC football programs don't happen just on the field for the Oklahoma Sooners.

Steve Wiltfong of On3 reported Monday that top-50 2026 wide receiver Craig Dandridge has narrowed his college choices down to six, including OU, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia Tech and Stanford.

Dandridge is a four-star recruit according to On3 and Rivals, but 247Sports doesn't think as highly of Dandridge while giving him three stars. The 247Sports Composite ranks Dandridge as the No. 48 wide receiver in the 2026 class and 38th-best prospect in the state of Georgia out of Cambridge High School. Every major recruiting service has Dandridge just inside the top-50 of their receiver rankings.

As a junior at Cambridge High School last season, Dandridge, listed at 6-foot-1, caught 58 passes for 1,443 yards and 14 touchdowns, according to 247Sports.

247Sports' Crystal Ball Predictions has Dandridge staying home and choosing Georgia. Dandridge recently posted he will be in Athens this weekend for an official visit. His official visit to Georgia was originally scheduled for June 20.

That could play in OU's favor, though, since June 20 is the Sooners' big ChampU recruiting weekend and Dandridge hasn't planned an official visit to Norman yet. The Sooners offered Dandridge on Jan. 25 and he hasn't visited Norman since. OU offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle and wide receivers coach Emmett Jones visited Dandridge in Georgia earlier this month, though.

Dandridge was at Stanford last weekend. He will be at Georgia Tech on June 6 and Tennessee on June 13. According to Rivals, he was supposed to be at Clemson this weekend but will be at Georgia instead.

The Sooners have one 2026 wide receiver committed so far in four-star Daniel Odom from California. Overall,OU has seven 2026 commitments to make up the No. 38 recruiting class, according to 247Sports.

OU has also recently made the top groups for 2026 wide receivers Jordan Clay and Mason James.
