With possibly two quarterbacks coming in from the 2026 recruiting class, the Oklahoma Sooners are close to getting the gunslingers more weapons to throw to.

Multiple outlets reported Wednesday that wide receiver Aljour Miles is down to 10 school choices: OU, Kansas, SMU, Stanford, TCU, USC, Kentucky, Oklahoma State, Arkansas and Texas Tech.

Miles is a 6-foot-2 receiver from Kaufman High School in Texas, where he caught 60 passes for 1,114 yards and 11 TDs in 10 games last season as a junior, according to MaxPreps.

Every major recruiting service but On3 lists Miles as a three-star talent. On3 has Miles with four stars and ranks him as the No. 59 wide receiver in the class.

Miles also had reported offers from Houston, Kansas State, Northwestern, Michigan State, Memphis, Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt and several other Group of 5 programs.

The Sooners were also included in the top 10 for another four-star 2026 wide receiver last week in Mason James from nearby Norman North High School. On3 ranks James as the No. 1 2026 prospect in the state of Oklahoma and No. 31 wide receiver in the class.

Miles shared James' post about his final 10 school choices, which both included OU and Kentucky.

Still early in the process, OU has four commitments so far from the 2026 class. The Sooners already have one receiver on the way with four-star Daniel Odom. OU has also notched pledges from four-star quarterback Jaden O'Neal, four-star tight end Ryder Mix and three-star offensive lineman Will Conroy.

Along with O'Neal already being committed, fellow four-star quarterback Bowe Bentley also has strong interest in OU and has an official visit scheduled for March 8.
