Oklahoma was impressed with 2027 three-star wide receiver Kyron Brown when seemingly no one else was, and Brown is apparently even more dazzled by the Sooners now.
Brown just visited OU this week as the Sooners are in the midst of spring practice, and he didn't just post on social media to make it known he was in Norman, but Brown made it clear that his time there made an impression with his recruitment.
Sooners wow Kyron Brown on visit after early belief
"Had an amazing time at OU, loved every second of it!" Brown wrote in a post on X with multiple videos and pictures after his visit.

The Sooners already made a great first impression on Brown by being one of the first FBS programs in the country to believe in him. OU just a few months ago in February was only his third Power Four offer after Oklahoma State and Arizona State. He also had offers on the table from Texas State and UTEP at the time, but that was it.
OU was just ahead of Brown's rise, though, as he's quickly went from unknown to regularly gaining more offers. Since the Sooners' offer, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Syracuse, Wake Forest, Northwestern, Kansas State and more have also joined the mix. And that list isn't done growing yet.
Back when the Sooners offered, Brown was so under the radar that he didn't even have a recruiting profile yet on 247Sports and ESPN. Now, according to the 247Sports Composite, Brown is a three-star prospect as the No. 88 wide receiver in the class out of Palo Duro High School in West Texas.
Brown, listed at 6-foot, is the one of the fastest receivers in the class while also being a track star. He posted 37 catches for 637 yards and seven touchdowns while averaging 17.2 yards a reception in 12 games last season as a junior.
The Sooners already have three wide receivers committed to their No. 1 2027 recruiting class, including four-star Demare Dezeurn, three-star Greydon Howell and three-star Tra'Von Hall. Howell is a local freak athlete who plays quarterback at Broken Bow High School and Hall was also an underrated prospect before recently catching fire on the recruiting trail.
Between the early belief and wowing during visits, the Sooners should be at the top of Brown's list of offers no matter how long it gets.
