Baseball is back in Norman, Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Sooners will begin priming for their first baseball season in the SEC with a weekend series against Lehigh this weekend at L. Dale Mitchell Park.

Here is OU's entire schedule of the series ,which features a doubleheader on Friday, and how to watch.

Need to know

The Sooners are beginning a new era joining the SEC, the best conference in college baseball.

In their final year in the Big 12, the Sooners won their first regular-season Big 12 championship in program history.

OU returns plenty of talent from last season's roster and boasts one of the most underrated pitching staffs in the country.

Kyson Witherspoon will take the mound first Friday afternoon, followed by his twin brother, Malachi. Lefty Cam Johnson, who transferred from LSU during the offseason, will get the ball and make his OU debut in the series finale.

Kyson was a Preseason All-SEC honoree and consensus preseason All-American.

The Sooners also return NCBWA All-American catcher Easton Carmichael. Carmichael and Kyson Witherspoon were both two of 55 players included on the 2025 USA Baseball Golden Spikes Award Preseason Watch List.

Despite last year's success and the returning talent, the Sooners were still picked to finish 11th in their first season in the conference, according to the SEC Baseball Preseason Coaches Poll.

Meanwhile, Lehigh went 24-23-1 last year in the Patriot League.

Friday's doubleheader will also be Sooner Nation's first look at upgrades to L. Dale Mitchell Park, including new seating and concession options.
