Former Oklahoma Sooners Jalen Hurts and Lane Johnson are still reaping the benefits of a Super Bowl victory.

Hurts and Johnson were two of the biggest pieces in the Philadelphia Eagles beating the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 in Super Bowl LIX to conclude the 2024-25 NFL season as champions. Still celebrating, the Eagles hosted their ring ceremony over the weekend, where Hurts got his first ring and Johnson his second.

Former Sooners get Super Bowl rings

Hurts was named Super Bowl MVP after completing 17 of 22 passes for 221 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. He also rushed for a team-high 72 yards on 11 carries with another score. It was his second Super Bowl, but first time hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.

Already eyeing a third trip and second title, Hurts posted pictures from the ring ceremony on Instagram with the caption, "Onward and Forward." He's not like us.

It was Johnson's second ring after also winning Super Bowl LII with the Eagles. Although he's done this before, it apparently will never get old for Johnson. But like Hurts, Johnson is also already eyeing the next.

The Eagles reported to training camp on Tuesday to start that quest for another Super Bowl title and ring.
