The Sooners and Wolverines meet again.
After the Oklahoma women's basketball team beat Michigan on Tuesday night, now the OU men get a turn against the Wolverines only 24 hours later. The programs are clashing as part of the Jumpman Invitational in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Sooners, starting the season 10-0 in back-to-back seasons, suffered their first loss last year in the Jumpman Invitational. Now, undefeated again, the men will face a ranked Michigan team just like the women did.

What to know
The Sooners are off to a perfect start (literally), but are still trying to earn some national respect.
After dismantling Bedlam rival Oklahoma State 80-65 on Saturday at a neutral site, OU still dropped a spot to No. 13 in the most recent AP Top 25 instead of sliding up into the top 10.
So far, the Sooners have one win over a ranked opponent. OU upset then-No. 24 Arizona 82-77 in the semifinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis on Thanksgiving Day. That win and tournament championship is ultimately what propelled OU into the rankings for the first time this season.
A win over Michigan would not only garner the Sooners more national respect, but barring a major upset, should send OU to SEC play still unbeaten.
As for the Wolverines, they're 8-2 and coming off an 89-87 loss to an unranked Arkansas team at the Jimmy V Classic. Michigan's other loss was to another unranked foe when the Wolverines dropped their second game of the season to Wake Forest, 72-70.
However, despite a pair of ugly losses, Michigan has back-to-back wins over then-No. 22 Xavier and then-No. 11 Wisconsin.
