The first playoff game ever at Memorial Stadium was almost immediately a sellout, so fans still hoping for a seat will have to look to second-hand sites. As of Thursday, according to Gametime, which compiles available tickets from multiple second-hand sites, the cheapest ticket available was for $147 in Section 235. Ticket prices have dropped as kickoff nears.
The most expensive seat was in Section 3 for $3,273.

After back-to-back wins over Bama, including a 23-21 victory earlier this season in Tuscaloosa, the Sooners lead this all-time series between two college football icons 5-2-1. OU is already 2-0 against the Crimson Tide in SEC play since joining the conference just last season, making this their third meeting in just over a year to rapidly build a history and rivalry. Their first meeting as conference foes was last year also in Norman, where the Sooners pulled off a massive 24-3 upset.

The weather will match the perfect setting in Norman on Friday. The projected high in Norman is 59 degrees, with the temperature expected to be at about 50 degrees at kickoff with no chance of rain. However, it will be a windy day on the plains with winds gusts up to 40 mph expected.

Despite already beating Alabama once this season and being home for Round 2, the Sooners still opened as 1.5-point underdogs, according to FanDuel and every other major sportsbook since. But, all of a sudden on Wednesday, nearly every sportsbook flipped OU as the 1.5-point favorite. That was still the case on Friday, with BetRivers listing it as an even matchup.
It's also worth noting that the Sooners were 6.5-point underdogs before knocking off Bama earlier this season in Tuscaloosa.
