5 schools Oklahoma fans would love to kick out of the SEC

Oklahoma and Texas are moving the Red River Rivalry to the SEC, but there are a few other teams that the Sooners don't want to see in their new league.

. . 2. Texas AM. . 535. . . .

Oklahoma has played Texas A&M 31 times and has won 19 of those contests. With Mike Elko taking over after a failed Jimbo Fisher experiment, A&M isn’t exactly a threat to compete for conference titles or the CFP, but the Aggies are a bit of a threat to steal away Oklahoma’s biggest rival.

Oklahoma is losing Bedlam with the move to the SEC while Texas is rekindling with A&M. Oklahoma wouldn’t want to kick out the Longhorns, that rivalry is far too special, and having it as a conference game allows for an easier schedule of non-conference games. But Texas having another massive rival, one that competes in-state and has plenty of history, isn’t the best news for the Red River Rivalry.

Obviously, this is a bit dramatic, but so is a hypothetical exercise of kicking out five teams from a conference that OU has never been in before.
