1. 2021 No. 6 Oklahoma vs. No. 21 Texas
2021 gave us perhaps the greatest Red River Rivalry game of all time. In the second quarter, trailing 28-17, Oklahoma quarterback Spencer Rattler fumbled, leading to a Texas touchdown three plays later. So, Lincoln Riley turned to his five-star freshman, Caleb Williams to save the day.
Williams led a field goal drive before Dicker the kicker knocked in a 38-yard field goal to send the Longhorns into the half with a 38-20 lead.
Then, we saw the Caleb Williams who would eventually win a Heisman Trophy with Riley at USC and become the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Williams led the Sooners to points on seven of his nine drives finishing with 212 yards through the air and two touchdowns on 16/25 passing in Oklahoma’s 55-48 victory which was sealed by a 33-yard touchdown run from Kennedy Brooks with three seconds left on the clock.
