There will be NCAA Tournament games at Lloyd Noble Center.

The Oklahoma women's basketball team earned hosting rights as a top-4 seed in Regional 4 of the NCAA Tournament. The first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament will be in Norman as the Sooners welcome Iowa, Murray State and Florida Gulf Coast.

The Sooners were deemed a 3-seed and will play 14-seed Florida Gulf Coast in the first round on Saturday. The other matchup includes 6-seed Iowa and 11-seed Murray State.

The winners of those pairings will meet on Monday at Lloyd Noble Center.

OU was rewarded with the high seed after a 25-7 season in its first year in the SEC. The Sooners were likely bumped from a 4-seed to a 3-seed after making a run to the semifinals in their first-ever SEC Women's Basketball Tournament last week. They also finished the regular season on a nine-game winning streak before losing to South Carolina in the semifinals of the SEC tournament.

The Sooners beat Georgia 70-52 in the second round after getting a bye in the first round. They then avenged an earlier loss to Kentucky with a 69-65 win in the SEC tournament quarterfinals. Kentucky was put in the same regional as OU as the 4-seed, so a third meeting could be possible in the Elite Eight.

Other hosting schools in the regional include No. 1 USC and No. 2 UConn. After two rounds in Norman, the Sooners would spend the rest of regional play in Spokane, Washington, if they get through unscathed. The Final Four and championship game will be in Tampa, Florida.

Bedlam in the Sweet 16 could also be possible if 7-seed Oklahoma State escapes Connecticut.
