Oh, yeah, college basketball programs can still add talent from the high school level.

After a flurry of additions from the transfer portal this offseason, Oklahoma men's basketball coach Porter Moser got a late commitment in the Sooners' 2025 high school class. Jake Henson on Thursday announced that he both got an offer from OU and committed to the Sooners the same day.

Hansen also had offers from Arizona State, St. John's, Buffalo and others.

At 6-foot-1, Hansen is a three-star guard from Wauwatosa West High School in Wisconsin. He just wrapped up his preps career with a state championship.

Hansen also leaves Wauwatosa West High School with multiple school records, including a 82.5 career free-throw percentage, 84 made 3-pointers in a season and 16 of 16 free throws made in a game. He's a sharpshooter with 245 made 3-pointers during his high school career.

Hansen will rejoin former high school teammate Kai Rogers, who is also part of OU's 2025 recruiting class. Rogers also played at Wauwatosa West High School before finishing his preps career with Overtime Elite in Atlanta.

Rogers, listed at 6-foot-10, is the headliner of OU's 2025 class as a four-star center and No. 65 overall recruit, according to the 247Sports Composite. 247Sports ranks Hansen as the No. 79 shooting guard in the class and 11th-best recruit in Wisconsin.

The former teammates make up half of the Sooners' incoming four-player freshman class. The group also includes four-star forward and two-sport athlete Alec Blair, and Andreas Holst from Denmark.

The Sooners have also added four players from the transfer portal for the No. 9 transfer class in the country.
