The final SEC postseason event of 2024-25 is here.
The SEC Baseball Tournament starts Tuesday morning in Hoover, Alabama, and will be the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns' debut in the tourney. The former Big 12 members got opposite welcomes to the SEC, though, as the Sooners are the 12-seed with a losing conference record and the Longhorns are the top seed as SEC regular-season conference champions.
The tournament is a six-day event that will not conclude until Sunday with the championship game. The Sooners need to win four games in five days to get to that point, as the top-4 seeds earned two byes straight to the quarterfinals.
