Barry Switzer’s Sooners got a favorable draw for the sixth edition of the Fiesta Bowl, facing unranked Wyoming. Oklahoma was 8-2-1 heading into the game and ranked No. 8 in the AP poll, one year removed from back-to-back national championships.
