2. Billy Bowman Jr. junior

If you’re an NFL team interested in a ball-hawk, then Billy Bowman Jr. is your guy. The junior defensive back has four interceptions this season and seven for his career at Oklahoma on top of 10 pass breakups and two forced fumbles.

Pro Football Focus has Bowman at No. 65 in their 2024 NFL draft big board. The draft is a long way away, but it looks like he could be a Day 2 draft pick after just three years in Norman. That could be enough to entice him to leave school early.

This season, Bowman has also made 43 tackles through Week 11. He’s a bit undersized at 5-foot-11, but the NFL loves hybrid defensive backs and that’s Bowman.
