College Football: Who makes the Final Cut for the 2024 College Football Hall of Fame?
By Brandon Self
#5 – Terrell Suggs – Defensive End – Arizona State
Suggs played dominated the PAC-12 from 2000 to 2002 at Arizona State. During his 2002 year, Suggs set the NCAA single season sack record with 24. Following his 2002 campaign, Suggs won the Morris Trophy, the Bill Willis Trophy, the Nagurski Award, the Ted Hendricks Award, and the coveted Lombardi Award. He finished his college career with 44 sacks (ASU record), 65.5 tackles for loss, 163 tackles, and 2 interceptions.
Suggs was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens with the 10th overall pick in the 2003 NFL Draft. He went on to become arguably the second best Raven defender in franchise history next to Ray Lewis. His Hall of Fame NFL career was full of physically dominant performances and bone crushing sacks.
T-Sizzle will bullrush his way into the College Football Hall of Fame with the same speed and intensity that he got into the offensive backfield.
