Wanya Morris was selected 92nd overall by the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs. Wanya will join fellow Sooner offensive lineman Creed Humphrey in Kansas City as they team up to protect the most valuable player in the entire league, Patrick Mahomes.

I see Wanya earning the starting right tackle job before week one. He is an aggressive run blocker and a nasty finisher. He was labeled as “pro-ready” by several NFL scouts who were assessing his right tackle status. Wanya landing late in the third was a bit earlier than I thought he would go. However, it is a much-deserved spot for the O-line-U graduate.
