3 — Nov. 19, Oklahoma State in Norman

Oklahoma has won 90 of the 116 games in the Bedlam series with in-state rival Oklahoma State. The Sooners had won six straight against the Cowboys before last season when OU lost 37-33 in Stillwater, a defeat that kept Oklahoma out of the Big 12 Championship game for the first time in seven seasons.

This year, Bedlam will be played in Norman, where the Sooners have won eight of the last 10 games in the Bedlam football series.

OSU returns Spencer Sanders at quarterback. This will be his fourth season as a starter may be the best quarterback in the Big 12. The Cowboys took some heavy losses on the best defensive unit in the conference a year ago. They should be solid again on offense, but not as strong on defense. That should play in OU’s favor, but this is Bedlam, and as we all know, anything and everything goes.

The two schools are only 80 miles apart, so there will be plenty of Oklahoma State fans in Norman, mitigating some of the home-field advantage.
