WR Xavier Hutchinson – Iowa State

It was a one-two explosion that Iowa State provided in the passing game a year ago with TE Charlie Kolar and Xavier Hutchinson. Now, it’ll just be Hutchinson that the Sooners have to deal with.

Hutchinson finished his junior campaign with 83 receptions for 987 yards and five touchdowns. He finished first in the Big 12 in receptions, and second in the Big 12 in receiving yards.

Although Hutchinson gives most Big 12 teams nightmares, the Sooners have kept Hutchinson somewhat silent the last two years. His 6-foot, 3-inch frame will still be a big weapon in the Cyclones’ offense and can heat up at any time.
