No. 3–Dede Westbrook

Dede Westbrook gets a slight edge over Lamb because of his record-shattering 2016 season, and the fact that he is Oklahoma’s only Biletnikoff Award winner.

Westbrook was a key role player on the 2015 offense, and was expected to take on a larger responsibility in 2016. After an injury hampered him for the first three games, Westbrook went on an absolute tear over the rest of the season. He shredded the Texas defense in the Cotton Bowl, and was one of the main players in the 66-59 victory over Texas Tech in Lubbock in one of the greatest showings of offense college football has ever seen.

Westbrook caught an absurd 17 touchdowns and had 1,524 yards on 80 catches in 2016 alone.

In 2016, Westbrook won the Biletnikoff Award, given annually to the best wide receiver in college football. He was also a finalist for the Heisman Trophy, as OU sent both Westbrook and Baker Mayfield to New York City that season. Westbrook finished fourth in the voting, a distinct accomplishment for a wide receiver.

In terms of peak, Westbrook might have the highest on this list. But we still have two more names to go.
