No. 15 — Cody Thomas

Cody Thomas did go 2-1 in his three career starts as a Sooner. He beat Texas Tech and Kansas before falling short against Oklahoma State. Those two wins, however, were primarily on the back of Samaje Perine, who decimated both the Red Raiders and the Jayhawks before being injured in the second half against the Cowboys.

This all took place during one of the low points of the Stoops era, the 2014 season, when OU came into the year with national title hopes, only to finish 8-5. Thomas was plugged in as the starter after Trevor Knight was injured against Baylor. Knight, however, was healthy enough to start the bowl loss that season against Clemson.

Thomas left the program to focus on his baseball career in 2016. He is now an outfielder in the Oakland Athletics organization.
