The Bottom line

Saturday’s game in Waco may be the biggest game in Baylor’s Big 12 history, and certainly is the biggest in the three seasons head coach Matt Rhule has been at Baylor. It is not, however, the first time the ESPN “GameDay” crew has been at a Baylor game. “GameDay” was also present in 2015 when No. 12 Oklahoma beat No. 4 Baylor 44-34.

The excitement is going to be on overdrive at McLane Stadium in Waco on Saturday night as Baylor fans try to root their team on to victory and seal the Bears a spot in the Big 12 Championship game in December — probably a rematch with the Sooners.

First things, first, however. Someone has to come up the winner on Saturday night. Unfortunately. it won’t be the home team. The Sooners hand Baylor its first loss in a close game.
