Oklahoma State vs. Florida

Mullen meets mullet in what could be a fun experience for all of college football. The Gators are another program knocking at the door of the next level while Oklahoma State has quietly been one of the most consistent winners for an entire decade.

Obviously the question would be how the Cowboys always-explosive offense would fare against Gators defense that is teeming with talent at all three levels. Also, would the Gators be able to impose their will on offense with a more traditional-style attack than the Cowboys normally see?

Whether in Stillwater or Gainsville one would have to think that mixing these two rowdy fanbases up would be the proper ingredients for an entertaining weekend.

Auburn vs. Texas Tech

A strong Auburn defense against a fast-paced Texas Tech offense? Yes please.

The Red Raiders obviously aren’t quite on teh same level as the Tigers when it comes to history or tradition, but they have enough talent on offense to make this game interesting. The Red Raiders will look a little different this year with David Yoast calling the plays, but don’t expect them to slow down at all.

Meanwhile the Tigers will try to avoid getting into a track meet and slow the game down to the pace they are play most comfortable. The game could feature several swings in momentum as both teams take turns trading control of the game.
