We watched hours and hours of Alabama football to bring you the best of new Oklahoma football  quarterback Jalen Hurts as a passer.

Oklahoma football sent made waves all over college football this past January by landing the high-profile transfer. He’s a winner with elite athleticism and a resume that rivals any quarterback in college football today. However, there were some who questioned whether the dual-threat quarterback had the arm talent and accuracy to succeed in Lincoln Riley’s wide-open scheme.

We went into this project knowing Lincoln Riley thought the contrary. after the success he’s had in previous seasons one could understand taking the man’s word for it, but it’s also the offseason so I set my football starved brain to the task of watching every Alabama football game from the past three seasons to do my own evaluation of what Hurts can do and guess what I found out? That Lincoln Riley guy knows what he’s talking about after all.

But, if you don’t want to take Mr. Riley’s – and to a much lesser degree, the humble author of this column’s – word for it, we made it easy for you to see for yourself.  We only included passing plays on this list, as I don’t think anyone in their right mind has questioned his ability to run with the football.

Here is a list of  plays that prove Jalen Hurts has all the tools to succeed in the OU offense. Note: Each description contains a link to the Youtube clip of the play.
