Joe Castiglione’s Highly Fruitful 17-Plus Year’s as Athletic Director

OU athletic director Joe Castiglione has overseen 17 of the most successful years in the athletic history of the University of Oklahoma. Under his leadership, the Sooners have delivered 10 national championships and over 70 conference titles in a variety of sports. He is one of the most respected and accomplished athletic directors in the nation, and Oklahoma is fortunate and thankful to have him.

Castiglione was chairman of the 2016 NCAA Basketball Tournament Selection Committee, one of the prestige assignments in NCAA Division I college basketball, and he represented the University of Oklahoma in superlative fashion in that role.
