One of the country’s premier kick returners in 2014, Alex Ross was an All-Big 12 First-Team selection as a kick-return specialist by Athlon Sports, ESPN and 247Sports, and was named a second-team All American by CBS Sports and third-team All-American by Phil Steele.
Paul Hornung Award – This national award is presented every season to the college player deemed to be the most versatile player in the college game. This will be only the sixth year for the award, named in honor of the former Notre Dame great and NFL Hall of Famer with the Green Bay Packers.
