Video: Oklahoma Sooners Inaugural “Walk of Champions”

The Oklahoma Sooners rode some sweet momentum this off-season. OU fans have anticipated tonight’s season opener the minute Oklahoma left the Super Dome.
Two hours before kickoff, Jenkins Street was a swarm of crimson. The Sooner Faithful stood out in the scorching Oklahoma heat to great the Sooner football team for the first “Walk of Champions” display.
Starting this year, buses will transport the team to the stadium and drop them off before a sea of Sooner fans lined up to welcome them.
It was a nice showing by the Oklahoma fans, who have waited all day for the 6 p.m. kickoff. Hopefully they’ll continue to show in big numbers for games to come.
