No matter when or where, always let Trae Young shoot.

Young, a former Oklahoma star, called game for the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night thanks to an absolutely unbelievable shot.

Collin Sexton tied the game up at 121-121 with only four seconds left for the Utah Jazz. In a hurry to get a desperation shot off before a looming overtime, Young got the ball from the inbound pass with 2.9 seconds left.

With Sexton now guarding him, Young then took two big dribbles and didn't even get to midcourt before he had to pull up and heave a shot. Young drained the 50-foot shot, though, as time expired to give his Hawks the 124-121 win. He was then swarmed by teammates to celebrate.

The win thanks to Young's long make put the Hawks above .500 for the season at 19-18. Despite that lackluster 19-18 record, Atlanta is still in early playoff contention with the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.

Young finished the win with a team-high 24 points and a whopping 20 assists to notch a double-double from the point. He also added a pair of rebounds and made three 3-pointers on the night after the game-winning make.

That double-double isn't a rare feat for Young this season, though. He's tallied 25 double-doubles in 37 games. He's averaging 22.6 points and 12.2 assists a game this season.

Young spent just one season at OU before turning pro and getting drafted by the Dallas Mavericks with the fifth overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft. Young was then immediately traded for third overall pick Luka Dončić with a protected future first-round pick.
