Somehow, the Sooners are still undefeated.

The Oklahoma men's basketball team beat No. 24 Michigan 87-86 on Wednesday night in the Jumpman Invitational at Charlotte, North Carolina. Freshman Jeremiah Fears pulled off a miracle 4-point play with 11 seconds left to keep the No. 14 Sooners undefeated at 11-0.

OU is one of only four teams left in the country without a loss, including Tennessee, Florida and Drake. The Sooners were also the only basketball program to leave the Jumpman Invitational unscathed.

The Jumpman Invitational is a festival that includes the four Jordan brand schools -- OU, North Carolina, Michigan and Florida. The OU women also beat Michigan on Tuesday night, so after the men's win the next night, the Sooners were the only program with both teams winning their games at the event.

Here's everything you need to know from the men's game, including all the angles of that Fears shot.

Play of the game

Why bury the lede?

I usually start with Game MVP, but I can't wait. Jeremiah Fears, an 18-year-old freshman, drained a deep 3-pointer while getting fouled to the floor. The shot tied the game with 11 seconds left before his free-throw make ultimately gave the Sooners the 87-86 win.

And another angle.

Game MVP: Jeremiah Fears

A reminder that Jeremiah Fears should still be in high school but reclassified last year.

That miracle 4-point play wasn't the only thing Fears did Wednesday night. He was the best (and youngest) player on the court with the silhouette of the greatest to ever play the sport at midcourt

Fears led everyone with a career-high 30 points and also led the Sooners with 34 minutes. He made three of his four 3-point shots, including that game-winner. He also had three rebounds, four assists and a steal.

And like a superstar should be, he was on ESPN after the game.

Number to know: 4

After the improbable win, the Sooners are still just one of four undefeated teams left in the entire country, along with Tennessee, Florida and Drake. That's a stat worth knowing to boast to your friends about.

What's next

And the Sooners will likely stay unbeaten the rest of the year.

Michigan was really the only thing in OU's way from going into SEC play without a loss. Next, the Sooners host a 3-8 Central Arkansas team at noon Sunday. Then, they finish the year at home against Prairie View, which is 1-10, on Dec. 29.

OU's first SEC season on the court will tip off on the road against No. 6 Alabama on Jan. 4.
