Oklahoma freshman running back Tory Blaylock absolutely trucked a Temple defender to get into the end zone during the second quarter on Saturday, but the radio call from the Voice of OU Toby Rowland was almost as great as the touchdown run.
Blaylock met a Temple defender just before the goal line of his six-yard touchdown, but just lowered his shoulder and dropped the defender where he stood. The score put the No. 13 Sooners ahead 18-0 in the second quarter.

Rowland was absolutely electric during Blaylock's run with the perfect words to describe the freshman running over a defender.
"Bam! Ran right over an Owl into the end zone," Rowland proclaimed. "Touchdown! Feathers are flying everywhere."

That was just Blaylock's first trip to the end zone that quarter. He scored again later in the second quarter with an 18-yard sprint.

Blaylock has asserted himself as the Sooners' top running back only three games into his college career. He recorded his first 100-yard performance against Temple with exactly 100 rushing yards on a career-high 14 carries with the two TDs. He averaged a whopping 7.1 yards an attempt.
Through three games now, Blaylock has totaled 166 rushing yards, but he had only eight and nine carries, respectively, in the first two games. He scored his first touchdown in his debut against Illinois State in Week 1.
