The list of NFL Top 100 Players of 2025 started rolling out Monday morning, and as more names are revealed, there should be several former Oklahoma Sooners who make the cut. Starting Monday, the NFL will announce two players on the list each weekday until the No. 1 player is revealed on Monday, Sept. 1.

Last year, four Sooners were on the annual list, including No. 7 Trent Williams, No. 13 CeeDee Lamb, No. 15 Jalen Hurts and No. 41 Lane Johnson. In 2025, a few more Sooners should have earned their way in the group of the NFL's best after their performances during the 2024 season, along with those four remaining on the list.

Mayfield just barely missed the cut last year at 102nd. He did more than enough during the 2024-25 season to jump at least two spots after making his second Pro Bowl and leading the Bucs to another NFC South division title. Mayfield certainly belongs on the list over several quarterbacks who were included last year instead of him, such as Aaron Rodgers, Trevor Lawrence, Tua Tagovailoa and Kirk Cousins.

Humphrey might have been the biggest snub of last year's list considering he's probably the best center in the league. CBS Sports recently listed its own list of top 100 NFL players for 2025 and put Humphrey at No. 16. The NFL's list should lose all credibility if it omits Humphrey again.

Mims will be the least likely of this group to crack the top 100, but he should definitely be considered after making his second Pro Bowl as a return man last season and being named First-Team All-Pro. And he's entering only his third NFL season.

There was a time last season that Bonitto was being considered for NFL Defensive Player of the Year. He ultimately earned Second-Team All-Pro and made his first Pro Bowl in his third NFL season. There's no way Bonitto shouldn't debut on top 100 list.

In his first season with the Houston Texans, Mixon made his second Pro Bowl as one of the best running backs in the league. The last time Mixon made the Pro Bowl in 2021, he was on the next top 100 list for the only time so far in his career.
