SEC play is only a few weeks away, but for now, who the best women's basketball teams in the SEC are is still based on the eye test and nonconference resumes.

Oklahoma got a big resume booster on Tuesday night with a 72-62 win over No. 20 Michigan in the Jumpman Invitational. The victory improved the Sooners to 10-1 and now they have a pair of wins against ranked opponents this season.

After OU's impressive win, here's an updated look at SEC power rankings.

16. Georgia (6-5)

Georgia is struggling to stay above .500 with losses to Georgia State and Hampton. Even though the Bulldogs won their last outing, it was still a close 59-52 win against UNC Greensboro.

15. Arkansas (6-6)

Unlike Georgia, Arkansas has fallen to be right at .500. However, the Razorbacks have somewhat turned things around in December with a 2-1 record so far this month. The only loss was a close three-point game against Texas Tech.

14. Texas A&M (6-5)

Another team fighting to maintain a winning record, Texas A&M just handled Texas Southern but before that was handled by Kansas State 89-50. The Aggies also have loss to Ball State this season.

13. Florida (7-4)

Florida is at least on the come-up after winning back-to-back games against Longwood and Marshall. If the Gators really have figured things out will be tested Wednesday evening when they play No. 19 North Carolina in the Jumpman Invitational.

12. Auburn (7-3)

Auburn has won three in a row since the start of December. And all of the Tigers' losses were to Power Four opponents. However, Auburn has played only one ranked team so far and it was a loss to then-No. 23 Oregon, 70-68.

11. Missouri (10-3)

After a four-loss November, the Tigers are 4-0 in December and will host Oral Roberts at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. November was rough for Mizzou, though, and included a loss to Vermont

10. Mississippi State (11-1)

The conference slate will differentiate the teams from this point on. Mississippi State has an impressive 11-1 record but hasn't played a ranked team yet and lost to Georgia Tech.

9. Alabama (10-1)

Like Mississippi State, Alabama also has a good-looking record that's disguised by lack of competition. The Crimson Tide will get their first ranked opponent of the season next, though, when they play No. 15 Michigan State on Friday.

8. Vanderbilt (10-1)

Another good record without any ranked challenges. However, Vanderbilt's only loss was to Michigan State, which is now inside the top 15. And Vandy hung with the Spartans, 78-70.

7. Kentucky (9-1)

Kentucky is the first nationally ranked team mentioned on this list. The Wildcats a pair of ranked victories over then-No. 18 Louisville and then-No. 19 Illinois. They're only loss was to No. 16 North Carolina.

6. Mississippi (7-3)

Mississippi's record might not look as pretty, but the Rebels' schedule has been brutal with two losses to top-3 teams. Ole Miss is hanging in the top 25 at No. 25 and should climb through the early part of its conference schedule.

5. Tennessee (8-0)

Tennessee is undefeated but has played less games and has had a lacluster schedule. The No. 18 Volunteers have one noteworthy win against then-No. 17 Iowa, 78-68.

4. Texas (11-1)

Texas had one ranked win like OU until Tuesday night. Now, the No. 6 Longhorns still have just the one against then-No.12 West Virginia. Texas also lost to Notre Dame, which has risen to No. 3 in the most recent rankings.

3. Oklahoma (10-1)

The Sooners commanding win against No. 20 Michigan at a neutral site Tuesday night was enough for them to jump rival Texas. Oklahoma has now beaten the Wolverines and No. 22 Louisville with an early loss to No. 13 Duke. The Sooners have climbed inside the top 10 at No. 10.

2. South Carolina (10-1)

South Carolina has one blemish to UCLA and has made it through a brutal schedule nearly unscathed. The No. 2 Gamecocks have already beaten four top-15 opponents this season.

1. LSU (13-0)

There's a solid argument for South Carolina to be No. 1, but there's something to be said for still being the only undefeated team left. No. 5 LSU has only one ranked win, though, over No. 20 NC State.
