The Oklahoma Sooners certainly didn't look like a top-25 team against New Mexico on Saturday night, so will AP Top 25 Poll voters feel the same way, even after a win?
The No. 24 Sooners dropped eight spots in last week's rankings after losing to Michigan, then looked even worse this week, despite beating the Lobos 14-6. Luckily for the Sooners, though, plenty of other teams throughout college football also disappointed, which could be their saving grace to keep a number next to their logo.
Here's a prediction of how the next AP Top 25 Poll will look when it's released on Sunday afternoon, not how I believe it should be.

Texas was unimpressive in a 30-6 win over UTSA, but there's still no need for the Longhorns to lose the top spot after beating then-No. 1 Ohio State a week ago.
Georgia annihilated Arkansas 45-17 in Fayetteville to start SEC play. The Bulldogs haven't really been challenged yet, and after the last two weeks, it doesn't appear that the Sooners will be much of a challenge either on Saturday in Athens.
In what was the most anticipated college football game in years, Ole Miss got revenge on its old coach, Lane Kiffin, with a 32-24 victory over No. 7 LSU, which many have as a national title favorite. The Rebels deserve to jump this high from No. 8 after that win, especially considering they have the best player in the country in quarterback Trinidad Chambliss.
Notre Dame keeps winning with a 27-10 result over Michigan State, but the Fighting Irish still haven't played anyone noteworthy, and won't until Miami visits.
Indiana actually stumbled out of the gate before beating Western Kentucky 38-0. Like Notre Dame, the Hoosiers have also had a weak schedule but keep winning.
Miami appears to have the most talented offense in college football, but the Hurricanes will keep getting jumped as other teams tally bigger wins, and they continue to dominate nobodies.
Ohio State responded to its loss to Texas with a 59-3 beating of Kent State.
Texas Tech notched its first, and maybe even only, ranked victory of the season with a narrow 28-26 win over No. 22 Houston. That and teams above them falling has the Red Raiders rising to the top 10.
BYU continues to be solid, but Texas Tech grabbing a ranked win the Cougars don't have influenced them being getting jumped.
Alabama struggled with a dreadful Florida State team in a 50-36 win. After that showing, voters won't see a reason to bump Bama up any.
LSU lost a heck of a game to Ole Miss, and this really might be too low, but the undefeated teams get the nod to go ahead.
USC looked mediocre again in a close 42-35 win over Rutgers, which lost to UMass and is 0-3, but the Trojans are media darlings and won't fall.
Penn State hasn't beaten a Power 4 team yet and still needs to tally a respectable win to climb any further.
Tennessee handled Kennesaw State 42-9, but it wasn't enough to move the needle, even with so much shuffling in the middle of the rankings.
Louisville earned a leap with a 41-31 victory over No. 16 SMU. The Cardinals also get a boost from Ole Miss' win after going toe-to-toe with the Rebels in their season opener.
Utah is 3-0, but a 33-0 shutout against Utah State isn't enough to get much respect yet.
Iowa just keeps winning to stay put in the same spot you can usually find the Hawkeyes.
Michigan's win over OU doesn't look nearly as impressive now after the Sooners' latest showing. The Wolverines also struggled with UTEP for a bit before running away 52-17.
Missouri was underwhelming in a 27-17 win against Troy, but the Tigers still won while others around them did not, or looked even worse in wins.
Oregon took out its frustration from a loss to Oklahoma State with an 84-0 beatdown of Portland State.
In his first season in charge, it might take Jon Sumrall just three weeks to get the Gators ranked after beating Auburn 44-39 on the road in his SEC debut.
Former OU quarterback Michael Hawkins Jr. has West Virginia rolling, and the Mountaineers should crack the top-25 after cruising past No. 25 Virginia 38-27. Hawkins had five total TDs in the win.
People are buying into the Bulldogs after their 41-34 road win against South Carolina. They have a potent offense led by former Oklahoma OC Jeffy Lebby.
This might be a long shot from actually happening, but there's another opening left in the top 25. I thought about voters giving Oklahoma State this spot, but the Golden Hurricane are 3-0, with a win against the Cowboys, who hammered Oregon last week. This would make Tulsa the highest-ranked college football team in the state, just like we all projected.
The Sooners don't feel worthy of a top-25 honor, but with everyone else either losing or not facing any decent competition, OU barely hangs on for now. A loss to Georgia would surely have OU unranked next week, though.
