Behind an historic performance by senior Jordan Bowers, Oklahoma won the Seattle Regional championship on Sunday and advanced to the 2025 NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championships for the 21st consecutive year.
The Sooners posted their second-highest score of the season of 198.450 in defeating No. 7 Missouri (197.425), No. 15 Auburn (197.325) and No. 21 Arizona (196.250). OU and Missouri both advanced to the NCAA Championships in Fort Worth, Texas, on April 17-19.

Oklahoma will be making its 21st consecutive appearance in the NCAA Championships and is seeking its seventh national title.
OU and Missouri will be joined at the NCAA Championships by No. 3 Florida and No. 12 Alabama out of the Alabama Regional, top-seeded LSU and No. 8 Michigan State out of the Pennsylvania Regional, and No. 4 Utah and No. 5 UCLA from the Utah Regional.
Bowers led the charge for the Sooners with perfect 10s on bars, vault and floor, which earned her the all-around championship in the Seattle Regional competition. Her all-around score of 39.900 was the second time in her career she earned a score of 39.900 or higher.
Only one other female gymnast -- Jade Carey, a member of the 2024 United States Olympic Team who competes for Oregon State -- has posted an all-around score that high this year.
Bowers' perfect score on bars anchoring OU in the first rotation got the Sooners off to an early lead, which they held onto through each of the subsequent events. Bowers and junior Faith Torrez both earned perfect 10s in floor exercise as Oklahoma recorded a score of 49.800, its highest in that event in regional competition and the second-highest in program history.
No Sooner scored lower than 9.90 in the event.

Oklahoma and Missouri will be paired up with Alabama and Florida in an all-SEC semifinal session on April 17. Reigning national champion LSU will compete with Michigan State, UCLA and Utah in the second semifinal on that date.
The top two teams from each semifinal will move on to the championship finals on April 19 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. OU finished sixth out of the eight teams that made it to the NCAA Championships last season. The Sooners won back-to-back national titles the two previous years.
