If you're an Oklahoma fan and you're not already aware, Tuesday, July 8, is a Sooner sports day all day on the SEC Network.

OU takes over the SEC Network programming schedule as fans are able to relive some of the great sports moments from the live broadcasts of Oklahoma athletic teams during the 2024-25 season.

The event is part of a feature the SEC Network bills as SEC Takeover Day in which the program schedule is dedicated to the big moments from the past academic year for one of the SEC schools. A special day is devoted to each of the conference schools.

July 8 is all Crimson and Cream on the network. It actually began right before midnight on Monday with a re-airing of the Sooners thrilling come-from-behind win over Auburn last season in freshman Michael Hawkins Jr.'s first start at quarterback in place of Jackson Arnold.

The win at Auburn was followed by replays of Oklahoma vs. Texas in both softball and volleyball, and the victory by the OU women's soccer team over Ole Miss in its final home game of the season.

Tuesday's daytime schedule includes a replay of the Oklahoma-Michigan men's basketball game this past season, featuring the famous 4-point play when Jeremiah Fears was fouled on a made 3-point attempt with 11.5 seconds remaining in the game that tied the score. His free throw that followed won the game for the Sooners.

Also featured on the SEC Network's Sooner Takeover Day was the miracle come-from behind 8-6 win over Arkansas in the SEC Softball Tournament resulting from Gabbie Garcia's walk-off three-run home run in OU's final at-bat. Other replays of big Oklahoma sports moments during the past season included the Sooners' baseball series against Vanderbilt and the basketball victory by the Oklahoma women over Kentucky in the SEC Tournament.

The day's schedule concludes with primetime replays of Oklahoma's NCAA national championship in women's gymnastics at 6 p.m. CT and the Sooners' huge upset win over Alabama in football at 8 p.m.
