This was not the first time Sooner Nation has watched Marvin Mims Jr. go off on a Saturday.

Mims caught a pair of touchdown passes on Saturday in the Denver Broncos' 30-24 overtime loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Mims first made a name for himself as a receiver at Oklahoma in 2020-22 before the Broncos drafted him in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft.

The Broncos tied the game up twice in the fourth quarter thanks to Mims. First, he blew past the Bengals' secondary before Bo Nix hit him in stride already in the end zone. That score tied things up at 17-17 with 8:48 left in regulation.

The Bengals then retook the look after a short Joe Burrow run with 1:29 left, but less than two minutes was still enough time for Mims to make something happen.

Desperate to go to overtime on 4th-and-1 with only eight second left, Nix again heaved a deep pass to Mims, who was standing in the end zone. Mims then out-jumped two Bengals defenders to pull down the 25-yard TD. That tied the game 24-24 and ultimately sent it to overtime.

And this one deserved another angle to see how incredible of a catch this was as Mims hung on the whole way.

Mims finished the game with a team-leading eight receptions and 103 receiving yards thanks to the two long touchdowns.

Mims has put together a breakout season in his second year in the NFL. This season, he has 34 catches, 452 yards and four TDs with one regular-season game left this year against the Kansas City Chiefs next week.

The Broncos will have to beat the two-time defending Super Bowl champions Chiefs to make the NFL playoffs.
