The end of a ranked obstacle course is finally here for the Oklahoma Sooners. For now.
The Sooners will travel to the No. 21 Missouri Tigers on Wednesday night to cap a streak of five straight games against ranked SEC opponents.
How to watch
Need to know
The Sooners haven't played an unranked team this month.
No. 21 Missouri will be OU's fifth game in a row against a ranked team. The Tigers will at least end that streak, though, with LSU scheduled for Saturday.
OU has won just one of those ranked matchups so far -- a blowout against then-No. 24 Vanderbilt, which is no longer ranked. The Sooners have been the ones getting blown out in all the other ones, losing to No. 4 Tennessee by 18 points and to No. 1 Auburn by 30.
Texas A&M started the tough stretch for OU with a 75-68 loss.
While the Sooners have lost three of their last four, Missouri has dropped back-to-back games against top-15 opponents. The Tigers were within at least four points in both games, though.
SEC play has still went much better for Mizzou, though. Although they have similar overall records, the Tigers' 6-4 SEC record is a lot prettier than OU's at 3-7.
Mizzou will be OU's last ranked opponent of this most recent run, but that break won't last long. After playing LSU on Saturday, the Sooners will again play five ranked opponents in a row before taking on Texas in Austin to conclude the regular season.
