The original Bedlam is still going.

Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will meet on a mat for the 189th time Friday night at McCasland Field House in Norman. This time, it will be a top-25 dual between the No. 21 Sooners and No. 3 Cowboys. Both squads are still undefeated early in the season.

This will be the first Bedlam experience for new OSU coach David Taylor, who replaced John Smith this past offseason. OU coach Roger Kish got his first taste of Bedlam last year during his first season leading the program. The Sooners lost both meetings.

How to watch Bedlam wrestling

  • Who: No. 3 Oklahoma State (4-0, 3-0 Big 12) vs. No. 21 Oklahoma (3-0, 2-0 Big 12)
  • When: 7 p.m. CT Friday
  • Where: McCasland Field House in Norman, Oklahoma
  • Watch: ESPN+

Usually meeting twice every season, this will be the only time Bedlam will be on the mat for 2024-25. And, unlike most sports during this new era of OU athletics, this will be a conference matchup, as the Sooners are still Big 12 affiliate members for wrestling.
