The Oklahoma Sooners will get a shot at the defending national champions this weekend.
After back-to-back SEC victories, the Oklahoma women's basketball team will hit the road to play No. 2 South Carolina on Sunday.

Unless they make a run to the Final Four in March, there's no doubt this will be the Sooners' toughest challenge of the season.
South Carolina was perfect last season at 38-0 on its way to a national championship. This season, the Gamecocks slipped early against UCLA, but have rattled off 12 straight wins since and sit at No. 2 right behind UCLA.
This will be a top-15 matchup with OU at No. 13 in the latest Associated Press Top 25. At 15-3, the Sooners just won back-to-back SEC games for the first time this season and are 3-2 in conference play. OU handled Missouri 80-63 on Thursday at Lloyd Noble Center.
The Sooners can't afford to be short-handed for this one but center and leading scorer Raegan Beers has been battling an injury this week. She injured her shoulder against Texas A&M on Sunday and left the game early in the third quarter. Beers started against Missouri on Thursday but played only 10 minutes.
With Beers sidelined, guard Payton Verhulst stepped up and went off for a career-high 38 points in the win over Mizzou. She made six 3-pointers in the outing.
The Sooners will not only need a healthy Beers, but maybe even another similar performance from Verhulst to pull off the upset.
