After a relatively easy first two conference series by SEC standards, the gauntlet now begins for the Oklahoma Sooners.
In their first season in the SEC, the Sooners have already won a pair of series against South Carolina and Mississippi State. Both teams were unranked, which is rare in the SEC. Now, the No. 9 Sooners hit the road to play No. 12 Alabama for a three-game series between top-15 squads. This is the kind of series expected for OU in the SEC.
The Sooners (21-3, 4-2) took two of three from Mississippi State last weekend after dropping Game 1. OU has won three in a row and five of its last six games. Alabama (23-3, 4-2) just lost a series to No. 1 Tennessee after stealing Game 1. Before the first loss to Tennessee, the Crimson Tide had won six straight, including a sweep of Texas A&M.
Here's the full schedule of the three-game series and how to watch every game, plus every game's projected pitching matchup.
