March Madness is here, and with it comes brackets.

The regular season ended on Sunday for women's college basketball, including for the SEC and No. 13 Oklahoma Sooners. With the regular season wrapping up, the first-ever 16-team bracket for the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament was released.

The SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament will tip off on Wednesday in Greenville, South Carolina, and you can find the entire schedule and how to watch every game here.

The new 16-team bracket is not like a traditional 16-team bracket that starts with eight games in the first round before dwindling down. The SEC bracket goes five rounds, with the 5-8 seeds getting a bye and the top four seeds getting to rest until the quarterfinals.

Those getting the two byes includes South Carolina, Texas, LSU and Kentucky, respectively. South Carolina and Texas actually tied for the top spot, but the defending champions Gamecocks got the tiebreaker thanks to a coin flip from commissioner Greg Sankey despite Texas being the No. 1 team in the country and regular-season conference champion.

The Sooners earned the fifth seed in their first season in the SEC after beating future sixth seed Alabama 91-84 on Sunday in Lloyd Noble Center. OU had already secured a first-round bye with no chance of moving beyond No. 5, but the win against Alabama did solidify that fifth spot.

OU will rest Wednesday and await the winner of No. 12 Georgia and No. 13 Arkansas. The Sooners handled both teams this season, beating Georgia by 31 in January and Arkansas by 40 just over a week ago.

No. 4 Kentucky then waits in the quarterfinals. The Wildcats beat OU 95-86 in the first game of February in Norman. The Sooners haven't lost since on a seven-game winning streak.

All but one of OU's five SEC losses this season came from a top-4 team in the tournament.
