Dallas Cowboys wide receiver and former Oklahoma Sooner CeeDee Lamb had every reason to not be considered one of the best last year, but he just is no matter what.
Lamb was listed at No. 35 in the NFL Top 100 Players, even after what was a lackluster season in 2024 by his incredible standards. He did drop after being 13th on the same list last year, though.
"Man, I say all the time, he's the best player I've ever seen in person," Cowboys teammate Micah Parsons, who was No. 36, said of Lamb in the NFL's video.

Last season was nothing but obstacles for Lamb. He missed two games because of injury and got to play with starting quarterback Dak Prescott in only eight games. Yet, Lamb still made his fourth Pro Bowl and still finished in the top 10 in the NFL in receptions, receiving yards and yards after the catch.
In what was a considered a down season with all those challenges, Lamb caught 101 passes for 1,194 yards and six TDs. Those totals were all the lowest since his second NFL season in 2021, and he was still at the height of the sport. Now, Lamb should be healthy in 2025 and so will his QB1.
Lamb made the list a day after fellow former Sooner and Denver Broncos linebacker Nik Bonitto came in at No. 38. So far, six former OU players have been on the 2025 NFL Top 100 Players, including Creed Humphrey (93), Joe Mixon (58), Baker Mayfield (50) and Trent Williams (45). Philadelphia Eagles teammates Jalen Hurts and Lane Johnson should also be pretty high in the rankings after winning a Super Bowl together last season.
