The Transfer Portal isn't actually open yet, but that doesn't mean there aren't already transfer prospects to start targeting for Oklahoma head coach Porter Moser.

Several players around the country have already made their plans known of entering the Transfer Portal once it officially opens on Tuesday and the chaos really ensues. The Sooners are still in the midst of the College Basketball Crown with a semifinal matchup against Baylor on Saturday, but Moser still can't fall behind in filling next year's needs. There are five players in particular ranked high in Busting Brackets' top 100 players set to enter the portal that need to be early targets for Moser.

A three-point shooter will be at the top of the Sooners' list with Nijel Pack graduating. Leroy Blyden Jr. will be one of the most efficient shooters available after making 40.7% of his threes this season as a freshman for Toledo. He was also second on the team with 16.4 points a game and 4.5 assists.

The biggest obstacle will be luring Blyden from Big Ten country as a Detroit native.

Listed as the No. 2 player in Busting Bracket's top 100, Somto Cyril already has SEC experience after two years at Georgia as an added bonus to everything else he'd bring to the Sooners.

The Sooners consistently lack solid center play under Moser and were abysmal defensively most of this season. Cyril, listed at a towering 6-foot-11, is one of the best interior defenders in the country while averaging 2.2 blocks a game. He also put up 9.3 points on the other end of the court. That checks two massive boxes, but OU would have to prove it's willing to spend some money to get Cyril.

Although listed as a forward on UC Irvine's roster, Kyle Evans has the size at 6-foot-10 to play the 5 for the Sooners and would add the dominant defensive presence they need after leading college basketball with 3.3 blocks a game this season. He also posted 12.1 points and 8.7 rebounds.

Isaiah Johnson was one of three top players Colorado was missing when the Sooners beat the Buffaloes in overtime in the first round of the College Basketball Crown on Wednesday night. He could be an undervalued prospect because of Colorado's struggles in the Big 12. Johnson averaged 16.9 points as a freshman while shooting an outstanding 48.6% from the floor. He could end up being a steal for Moser if he jumps on Johnson early and has three more years to develop.

Another Georgia player with SEC experience, Jeremiah Wilkinson could help solve the Sooners' deep-ball problem and then some as the No. 3 player in Busting Bracket's top 100. He shot 35.7% from three-point range while taking seven shots a game from beyond the arc. Wilkinson averaged 17.4 points and also excelled defensively with 1.6 steals a game.
