Hopefully, the postseason lasts longer for former Sooners than it did for the Oklahoma men's basketball team in the NCAA Tournament.
Every former Sooner currently on an NBA roster made the postseason with their respective teams this season, including Trae Young, Austin Reaves and Buddy Hield.

Serving as both OU's assistant general manager and the Atlanta Hawks' franchise player, Young has had a tremendous season that has the Hawks as the 8-seed in the East and competing in the NBA Play-In Tournament.
Young was an NBA All-Star for the fourth time this season while averaging 24.2 points and 11.6 assists during the regular season. His Hawks will play the 7-seed Orlando Magic Magic at 6:30 p.m. CT Tuesday on TNT.
The winner of the Hawks and Magic will advance to play the 2-seed Boston Celtics in the first round of the NBA Playoffs. The loser will meet the loser of the 9-10 matchup between the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat with one more chance to get into the playoffs.
On the West side, there are two former Sooners. Reaves' breakout season with the Los Angeles Lakers will end in the postseason. He averaged 20.2 points and 5.8 assists while starting all 73 games he played in this season.
The Lakers earned the 3-seed in the West with a roster that also includes LeBron James and Luka Dončić alongside Reaves. The Lakers will play the 6-seed Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round.
The Golden State Warriors dropped their regular-season finale to the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday to ultimately send them to the Play-In Tournament. Hield, coming off the bench behind the likes of Steph Curry and Jimmy Butler, will join the Warriors in playing the Grizzlies again on Tuesday night.
Like the Hawks, a win would advance the Warriors to play the 2-seed Houston Rockets. The loser will get one more shot with a chance to advance to play the 1-seed Oklahoma City Thunder.
