Brown is the earliest player featured on this list. As a recruit, Brown was Oklahoma’s highest-rated player and one of the nation’s top defensive line prospects. He came to Norman from Macarthur high school in Lawton, Oklahoma. Brown moved to offensive tackle after arriving in Norman, a move which proved advantageous.

During his time in Norman, Brown was a three-year starter on the offensive line, where he quickly became one of the nation’s best. Brown earned 2nd team All-Big 12 honors in 2002 and first-team All-Big 12 honors in 2003 and 2004. Following the 2004 season, he was named a consensus first-team All-American and the winner of the Outland Trophy, which goes to the nation’s top interior lineman, becoming Oklahoma’s 5th recipient of the award.

In the 2005 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints took Brown in the first round with the 13th overall pick. While in the NFL, Brown started in 84 games and brought home two Pro Bowl honors and an All-Pro selection in 2006. Jammal Brown was the beginning of O-Line-U. He was/is the cornerstone of the most dominant and profitable offensive line development program in college football.
