It has been 103 years since the first Oklahoma football game with Kansas State. The first game was played in 1908 in Manhattan, Kansas, with Oklahoma winning by a score of 33-4.

The two schools have played 102 times since then, with the Sooners winning 77 times, K-State 21 and four games have ended in a tie.

Since 1919, Oklahoma and Kansas State have been members of the same conference, starting with the Missouri Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Association, which later evolved into the Big Six Conference. As new members were added, it became the Big Seven, the Big Eight and now the Big 12.

Kansas State University is located approximately 300 miles north of Norman, Oklahoma, in Manhattan, Kansas.
