No. 3 — Kyler Murray

I think this is the point where I may be getting very controversial. Everyone knows who the top three guys are, but the order in which these players are listed is very subjective. Kyler only playing one full season as the starter for the Sooners is why I placed him here.

Murray could have just as easily been number one for me. He was terrific. He had the best single season any Oklahoma QB has ever had, maybe any player regardless of position. He was a cheat code, with plenty of arm talent to make all the throws but also an unreal athlete who could score from anywhere on the field. Murray went on to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He will also soon be the highest-paid player in NFL history.
