“ESPN College GameDay” has been on hand for 37 games involving Oklahoma football, but only seven of those games have been in Norman.

Saturday, when Oklahoma hosts in-state rival Oklahoma State in what is known around the Sooner State as “Bedlam,” will be the eighth time. The Sooners are 5-2 in the games when College GameDay has visited Norman.

The Sooners are 24-13 overall in games when they’ve been a participant of one of the games featured on the GameDay Saturday morning preview program.

Oklahoma State is the highest ranked Big 12 team in the Associated Press and Coaches Poll. The Cowboys are ranked 14th. Oklahoma is 18th in the AP poll and 17th in the Coaches Poll. This is the 15th time both teams have been ranked at the time of the game. The Sooners are 13-1 in those games.
