The time and network assignment are now set for the home return of Oklahoma football on Nov. 7.

After spending the entire month of November away from Norman, the Sooners will be back home at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on Nov. 2 to host the Kansas Jayhawks.

Oklahoma and Kansas will play at 2:30 p.m. CT and the game will be televised on either ESPN or ESPN2. This will be the first afternoon game the Sooners have played this season.

The Sooners have won their last 15 games with Kansas by an average margin of 30 points. Oklahoma has scored no fewer than 44 points in the last six games with the Jayhawks, while Kansas has averaged 13 points.

Oklahoma owns an all-time record of 77-27-6 versus Kansas and has prevailed in 73 percent of the games played between the two longtime conference rivals. OU’s 77 all-time wins against the Jayhawks is the second most against any current Big 12 team, and the Sooners’ .727 winning percentage over the Jayhawks is their third highest against the current Big 12 teams that were also members of the Big Eight Conference.

Before OU returns home to play Kansas, though, the team has one more October road stop. The Sooners will be in Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday for a televised night game with Texas Tech. Oklahoma is 21-6 all-time versus Texas Tech and is 12-2 in games played in Lubbock.

The game will be broadcast from Jones AT&T Stadium on FOX, starting at 7 p.m. CT. Tim Brando will do the play-by-play with former Oklahoma player Spencer Tillman providing analysis.
